Mubarak is on trial , Adli and his aides in the case of six charges of incitement , agreement and assistance to kill peaceful protesters during the January 25 revolution , and spread chaos in the country and bring about a security vacuum .

And was sentenced to life imprisonment on Mubarak and Adli last year in the case of the killing of demonstrators , but the Court of Appeal ordered a retrial.
Mubarak was released from prison last month after the expiration of the remand , but remained under house arrest in the military hospital in Maadi , south of Cairo .
