Mubarak trial resumes in secret sessions

by the Cairo Criminal Court on Sunday sessions re - trial of ousted
Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and his two sons Alaa and Gamal and
former Interior Minister Habib al-Adli and six of his top aides and
fugitive businessman Hussein Salem.
The trial of Mubarak resumed Saturday in a secret session made by the Director General Intelligence Murad Muwafi former head of the National Security Authority Mustafa Abdel Nabi testify in the case.
And according to the Middle East News Agency official , is scheduled to hear the court in a secret session also Sunday to testimony by former Prime Minister Atef Ebeid, former Interior Minister Ahmed Gamal El Din ( as he was head of the public security during the revolution ), and Minister of Petroleum current Sherif Ismail .
Mubarak is on trial , Adli and his aides in the case of six charges of incitement , agreement and assistance to kill peaceful protesters during the January 25 revolution , and spread chaos in the country and bring about a security vacuum .
It also tried Mubarak and نجلاه , Alaa and Gamal and businessman Hussein Salem in financial crimes related to corruption and influence peddling in the presidential profiteering and harming public money and exporting Egyptian gas to Israel at low prices less than the selling price and globally.
And was sentenced to life imprisonment on Mubarak and Adli last year in the case of the killing of demonstrators , but the Court of Appeal ordered a retrial.
Mubarak was released from prison last month after the expiration of the remand , but remained under house arrest in the military hospital in Maadi , south of Cairo .
